The American Dream: Access to a quality education survey

Every child should have the opportunity to reach its full potential. It is time to stop the corruption within the entire Public Sector that today is destroying the future of the Children in the Public Education Systems while raping and robbing the taxpayers for their self-enrichment and bankrupting the nation. We need to start the following Petitions for Ballot Referendums: 1) Cap the total taxpayer responsibility at $7K per student annually for grades K-12 for all Public Sector spending on education no limitation on private or voluntary contribution and use a Voucher so that the parents can take this “tuition fee” to any Public, Private or Parochial Education System of their choice. This immediately reforms the bloated Public Sector operations and introduces competition; and 2) all Public Sector Labor Agreements are ratified at the Ballot Box allowing the taxpayers an opportunity to control their costs or consent to the rape and corruption. Unless the taxpayers take back control of the spending and budgeting process of the Public Systems it is clear the present corruption and fraud will destroy the nation, state and local areas.
