CURTAIN HIDING FAMILY COURT JUSTICE UNVEILS CORRUPT “COTTAGE INDUSTRY”
On Sunday August 29, 2010 Champion News radio program aired the first of a series of shows that exposes the truth regarding the established corruption practices occurring every day in the Family Courts in the State of Illinois. Jack Roeser, a Champion of Illinois Families for decades uses his radio show that airs on 560 AM every Sunday between 8:00-9:00am Central Time to bring forth an anonymous guest called “Mrs. X” to expose the “Cottage Industry” in Illinois Family Courts.
Documents released on May 14, 2010 by a citizens’ request through the Illinois Freedom of Information Act sent to the Illinois Family Law Study Committee identify that the present system in Family Court is a “Cottage Industry of GAL’s/Child Representatives and “others” who have increased litigation costs and not necessarily helpful in reducing conflicts between parents.”
“Mrs. X” reveals the truth about mothers and fathers being incarcerated in Illinois jails during family court proceedings and the alarming unthinkable trends that now, for the first time can be understood by this “tell all” document that admits that elected and appointed officials in the State of Illinois whose primary responsibility is to administer justice have actually created a system that destroys the families ability to receive justice while simultaneously distributes the family’s wealth into the very pockets of this report’s self-proclaimed “Cottage Industry.”
